2. Purpose of the service

The purpose of this website is to offer the wig rental for personal, professional or artistic use.

Making a reservation or rental implies the full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

3. Products and prices

Wigs available for rent are displayed on the website with:

  • Product description
  • Rental price
  • Amount of the corresponding deposit

4. Mandatory bond

To rent any wig, it will be mandatory to pay a additional deposit, the amount of which will be indicated on each product.

  • It will only be refunded if the wig is returned:
    • On the agreed date
    • In good condition
    • No damage or modifications

In case of:

  • Deterioration
  • Unauthorized modifications

The company will be able to retain the bond in whole or in part.

If the damages exceed the amount of the deposit, the customer must pay the corresponding difference.

5. Rental duration

The rental period will be agreed upon in each booking.

The customer agrees to return the wig within the established timeframe.

In case of delay:

  • Additional charges may apply for each day of delay
  • These charges may be deducted from the bail.

6. Delivery and return

Delivery and return will be carried out as agreed with the customer.

The wig must be returned:

  • In the same condition as when it was delivered
  • No damage
  • No modifications
  • With all its accessories, if it has any.

The company will check the condition of the product before proceeding with the return of the deposit.

7. Proper use of wigs

The client agrees to:

  • Use the wig properly
  • Do not cut, dye, or alter the wig
  • Do not use products that may damage it
  • Do not expose it to excessive heat sources
  • Keep the wig in proper condition during use

Any unauthorized modification will result in the total or partial loss of the deposit.

8. Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated with sufficient advance notice.

In case of cancellation:

  • A full or partial refund of the amount paid may be applied depending on the notice period.
  • Cancellations made at short notice may result in the loss of the amount paid.

9. Responsibility

  • Ready for use

The customer must maintain proper use and respect hygienic conditions during the rental period.

Personal data provided by customers will be treated confidentially and used only for the management of reservations and contact with the customer, in accordance with current data protection regulations.
